Scheduler

Scheduler is a very useful and simple tool for scheduling different tasks to help you easily remember your most important daily tasks. This tool lets you automatically launch apps, create simple reminders or open relevant documents, among other things.

To begin scheduling your tasks, all you need to do is choose the type of action you want. For example, the alerts tab is for reminding you of important activities, so you can use this option to remember the activities you have to do during the day that you don't want to forget. Type the name, a short description of the event, the date and time, the notification sound and the reminder intervals.

Among Scheduler's other noteworthy features, there is the option of automatically launching an app. For example, if you have an important meeting you don't want to forget, you can tell the program to open Skype, Zoom or any other video call app at a specified time. When the time comes, the app will display over other apps.

This tool also has a system for opening documents, which you can use to automatically create a predetermined list of documents to be opened every time you start your MAC. This is so you don't have to open the same documents every time you start your computer. In short, Scheduler saves you a lot of time, as you can quickly and easily schedule everything you usually do in your day-to-day.
